How are the Awards judged?

After the end of the application period, the nominations are whittled down to a create a shortlist, with three nominees in each category. Please note that nominations have closed for 2009.

DSC produces a shortlist, three from each category, through a process conducted by the Directory of Social Change and independently supervised by well-known Third Sector figures.

The shortlist in each Award Category is posted on DSC’s website and published in our DSC e-news.

We use an online public vote to pick the winners from the shortlist.

The winners are announced at the Awards ceremony. You can view the winners for 2009.
